Can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once an order has been placed, you generally cannot change your billing or shipping information. If you need to update it, contact our Customer Service Team at contact@sibelon.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage. If the package has not yet been dispatched, we can update the shipping address. If it has already been shipped, changes cannot be made while the order is in transit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for bulk orders.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment is successfully processed, we will send a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been received.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. After your order is confirmed and payment is cleared, we will email your invoice to you.
How can I find out the shipping charges?
Shipping costs and policies are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. For UK orders, shipping is free. International shipping fees vary depending on the destination.
Can I make a gift purchase and ship to a different address?
Yes. You can provide an alternative shipping address at checkout, and we can send your order directly to the recipient.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 5 business days. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Note: After receiving the shipment notification, please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be fully updated in the courier’s system.
